Drama Kids
For over 20 years, our acclaimed, developmental drama program has been helping children act confidently and speak clearly. We have over 45,000 students currently enrolled in our program in the USA and around the world! We are excited to be offering Drama Kids at the Hebrew Academy of the Capital District this year! Classes will begin on September 25, and will be held Tuesdays from 3:30pm-4:30pm. Proposed location is the music room with rehearsals and performances held on stage in the auditorium. Our curriculum includes improvisations, speech, creative movement, structured plays, snippets, and mini-scripts. New lessons are taught each week throughout the school year with a mid-year parent presentation and a fantastic spring production. For ease of registration the year is divided into 3 sessions. The first will run from September 25- December 4. The fee per term is $110 per student. Due to limited classroom space, enrollment is limited to grades 1-5 and class size will be capped at 20 students per class.
