    5. Marketing Update – Suzanna gave a brief update of the newly formed Public Relations, Recruitment, Inreach / outreach, and Marketing (PROM) umbrella Committee that will work with the head of School to coordinate efforts across the various committees. There were no motions or discussions.
    6. Board Training Moment – Anna

    The Board discussed the difference between clarifying and probing questions to help improve Board effectiveness.

    Motion: Accept the Head of School Report.

  • Rhonda has a niece and another on the way
  • Carolyn announced that Tom Freidman had a great byline in his column from Niskayuna, NY

  • Patty’s daughter has been selected as a UB Student Ambassador
  • Anna announced that there is only $8,000 left to get to meet our technology challenge grant
  • Seth and Amarit are expecting a baby in April
  • Losses in the community: Marci Galinkin lost a niece and Rachel Warren lost her Aunt.
